Broccoli Bacon Salad

2 heads frech broccoli, washed and cut into bite-size flowerets, blanched and cooled

1/2 cup roasted corn kernels

1/2 cup dried golden raisins

1/2 cup roasted sunflower seeds

1 cup crumbled crispy bacon

1 cup shredded fresh spinach

 

Dressing:

1 1/4 cup real mayonnaise

4 Tbsp apple cider vinegar

1/4 cup granulated sugar

salt and pepper to taste

 

Whisk together dressing and toss with salad ingredients
